Pricing, Fees & Deposits

Our community utilizes Duquesne Light Company for electric and PWSA for water/sewage. Residents are responsible for setting up their electric account to move-in. Water/sewage is billed by Conservice and is paid directly to us along with rent.

Xfinity/Comcast is our preferred provider; however, residents may select Xfinity or Verizon. For more information, please contact the leasing office.

Our guest policy is guests can stay on site for up to 14 days. After that, they are considered a resident and must be added to a lease. Residents are responsible for all guests' behavior. For restrictions on guests, please consult your lease agreement or speak with our leasing office team members.
